Our shop handles products containing:
Tree nuts and nut products
Eggs
Milk and dairy
Wheat
Please notify us of any allergies before ordering.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required when placing your order, with the remaining balance due at pick-up.
Standard cake/cupcake orders require a 48-hour notice
Non-cake item orders require a 48-hour notice
Deluxe cake/cupcake orders require a 72-hour notice
Wedding orders require a 2-week notice
Because we have limited availability, deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Orders canceled at least 5 days before pickup may transfer payments to a new order within 3 months of the original pickup date.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 5 days before pickup.
We cannot guarantee changes after that time.
Orders canceled less than 5 days before pickup are responsible for the full balance.
Contracted orders may have separate cancellation terms.
Please review your order at pickup. Once you or your designated representative accepts and signs for the order, it is considered approved, including design, spelling, colors, and decorations.
All orders need to be picked up during regular business hours unless a delivery plan is worked out when the order is placed
Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been accepted.
The only exception is if you decline the cake at pickup or delivery because it does not meet your expectations. In that case:
A store credit or refund will be issued
The product must be returned and cannot be kept.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for:
Design preferences after acceptance
Color variations
Decorative style
Damage occurring after pickup
Flavor or texture preferences
If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours after pickup.
Products may be reviewed for quality, and store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion. Products that have been mostly or fully consumed are not eligible for credit.
Once your order leaves our shop, it becomes the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for damage that occurs during transport, setup, storage, or serving.
Every order is handmade and unique. While we welcome inspiration photos, exact duplication of another decorator's work cannot be guaranteed. Minor artistic variations may occur.
We make every effort to create your order according to the details on your order form. If we make an error, we will correct it whenever possible.
